Connect Zoom
Link a Zoom account to import webinars and meetings as event sources.
Updated July 29, 2026
What it’s for
You sign into Venue with Livestorm — that creates your workspace. Connecting Zoom is an extra workspace link: it lets you import Zoom webinars AND meetings (with their registration fields) as event sources alongside Livestorm events.
Open Settings → Integrations. On the Zoom row, click “Connect” (workspace admins only).
You are redirected to Zoom: sign in and authorize Venue's access (secure OAuth — Venue never sees your password).
Back in Venue, Zoom shows as Connected. On the builder's Event step, pick Zoom, then filter by Webinar, Meeting or All and choose the event to promote.
Good to know
- Only workspace admins can connect or reconnect Zoom.
- Zoom is an extra event-source link: you still sign in with Livestorm.
- Both webinars and meetings are supported; registration fields come from Zoom.
- On a FREE Zoom plan there are no webinars to list, and meeting registration is a paid Zoom feature — a page built on a meeting will publish but visitors will not be able to register. Venue warns you about this on the Event step and again before you publish.
- A Zoom meeting only accepts registrants when "registration required" is enabled on the meeting itself.
- If your events do not appear after Venue is updated, disconnect and reconnect Zoom: an existing authorization keeps the permissions it was granted when you created it.
- You can revoke Venue's access from your Zoom account at any time.
- Teams and Cvent as event sources are planned but not yet available.
