Embed a hub’s event list on your own site
Replace the hand-maintained “upcoming webinars” list on your website with your hub.
Updated July 30, 2026
What it’s for
A published hub can be embedded in your own site: your website shows the same event list as the hub, and it updates on its own as you publish, edit or retire pages. It is the answer to the “upcoming webinars” section someone has to keep up to date by hand.
Publish the hub first — the embed code is built from its public address (see “Publish a hub”).
Open the hub in the editor and click “Manage publishing” at the top right.
In the “Embed on your site” block, click “Copy embed code”.
Paste the snippet into your own site, where the event list should appear. It resizes itself to fit the list.
Good to know
- The embedded list is never indexed by search engines: your hub keeps that job, so the two never compete.
- Cards inside an embed open their registration page in a new tab instead of a modal, which a content-sized frame cannot present properly.
- The list follows the hub: an automatic section keeps filling itself, so a newly published page appears on your site with nothing to paste again.
- Only the whole list can be embedded from a hub. To embed one page, or one registration form, use the page’s own Overview tab — see “Embed your page on your own site”.
