Choose and organize a hub’s pages
The Events section decides which pages appear in the hub, and how.

What it’s for
In a hub, the Events section is where you choose the pages to feature. Any published page in your workspace can be added, reordered and shown as cards.
Select the Events section on the canvas (or add one with “Add section”). Its settings panel opens on the right.
Under “Pages”, search for and add your published pages, then drag the rows to reorder them — the panel order is the display order. A counter shows how many pages the section holds.
The “3/30” counter shows how many pages the section holds. Choose the card layout: Grid, List or Featured.
Set the card button: “Register here” (register straight from the hub) or “Go to page” (link to the page).
Under “Card colors”, keep “Match this hub” so every card wears the hub’s brand, or pick “Match each event” to colour each card with its own page’s brand.
Turn on or hide the details shown on each card: cover image, date & time, duration, speakers, description, live status.
Good to know
- “Card colors” affects the card buttons, date icons and speaker initials. Only choose “Match each event” if your events really use different brands.
- An Events section holds up to 30 pages, and a hub up to 60 pages in total across all sections.
- Protected pages, direct-link pages and pages whose event has ended show only their title and a link to the page, even when the button is set to “Register here”.
- Registering from the hub reuses each page’s own Livestorm form, in a modal that opens on the card — the visitor never leaves the hub.
- You can use several Events sections in one hub, for example one per theme.
