Find a page in your list

Updated September 23, 2026

Search, filter by status, creator or event source, and read a row without opening it.

What it’s for

The Pages tab lists every page in the workspace, and a shared workspace fills up fast. A search box and three filters narrow it down, and each row already answers most of what you would otherwise click through to find.

  1. Open the Pages tab and type in the search box to match a page by name.

  2. Narrow by status with the chips, All, Published, Draft, Archived. Each chip carries the count of what it holds, so an empty result is never a surprise.

  3. “Created by” keeps one or several teammates’ pages. It appears as soon as the workspace has more than one member, even before a teammate has created a page.

  4. “Source” keeps the pages built from one event source: Livestorm, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or in-person events. It appears only when your list actually spans more than one source. “Clear” drops the selection.

  5. Read the row: a published page shows its live view and registrant counters (on a wide enough screen), and a draft shows how far the builder got (“Step 2/5 · Form”). The registrant count is a link straight into that page’s registrant list.

  6. The small mark in the corner of a row’s icon is the source the page was built from, so a Zoom page and an in-person one are told apart at a glance.

Good to know

  • The row’s tint follows its life: grey for a draft, green for a live page, blue once its event is over, yellow when archived.
  • The filters apply in order (creator, then source, then search and status) so the chip counts always describe what the other filters left.
  • The ⋯ menu at the end of a row holds “Duplicate page”. See “Duplicate a page”.
  • Archiving a page, from the ⋯ menu of the page itself (at the top right once it is open), takes it out of the default list without deleting it: the Archived chip is where it goes.
